About Us
Pendleton Harbor Subdivision is a Property Owners' Association located along the Texas border of Toledo Bend reservoir, near Hemphill. Our POA offers property owners two boat launches, a 9 hole golf course, two parks by the lake and activities that bring neighbors together. Our subdivision is governed by the Texas Property Code and the Bylaws, Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Lot Assessments constituted by the developers when this subdivision was established in 1971. A Board of Directors (consisting of property owners volunteering to serve) is elected by the property owners and is tasked with running the subdivision in accordance to the Texas Property Code PR209, Bylaws, Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Lot Assessments, Architectural Rules & Guidelines and Policies.

Board Meetings
Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the month 10:00 am in the PHPOA Office Bldg. No meeting held in December. Annual meeting held on the third Saturday in February.
